“Win When You’re Singing” is a fun quiz where people who like music compete with friends or family to sing their favourite song lyrics. It is innovative, entertaining and different from any other quiz game on the market.
Other music quizzes ask general knowledge questions about such things as the identity of the lead singer or the year the song was number one. To play “Win When You’re Singing” competitors don’t need to know that Bruce Springsteen was born in the USA or what colour submarine Ringo Starr and his friends all lived in. We all have song lyrics - ear worms - spinning around in our heads. “Win When You’re Singing“ gives you the chance to belt them out and impress friends and family.
It is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App store. There are 2 versions of the game:
A multiplayer version where you compete with your friends/family. (Players will usually be in one location and only one person will download the game on their mobile device. The game can be played in teams – for instance if 10 people are in a room, 1 will act as quizmaster and the other 9 can be divided into 3 teams with 3 players on each team)
A solo version where a single player tests their own lyrics knowledge. (The player is asked to choose the correct answer from a list of 3)
“Win When You’re Singing” can be played by a wide range of ages – from people who are 13 or 14, to grandparents in their 80s. There will be thousands of questions on the app and all eras are covered from rock ‘n’ roll of the 1950s to modern day pop songs.
“Win When You’re Singing” is ideal fun entertainment before a night out. But it’s also ideal for a night in. Birthday parties, Christmas get togethers, summer holidays with the gang all make for occasions when playing this game lifts the atmosphere. And only one person needs to download the app, pay as little as €2 for a bundle of 80 questions, and the result is around 2 hours of fun for all who are present.
